The Cancer Council Queensland
Cancer Council Queensland is committed to helping Queenslanders prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Established in 1961, they are a member of Cancer Council Australia and affiliated with the UICC. Their work is made possible by thousands of dedicated donors and volunteers.
Queensland State Emergency Service
The Queensland State Emergency Service (SES) is a not-for-profit, volunteer organisation supported by State and local governments. With around 6,000 active members, the SES responds to local, state, and national disasters and emergencies, playing a vital role in community safety.
